Trityl OXO71 & OXO63
Water-soluble, non-toxic trityl spin probes for EPR oxygen imaging. The OXO71 and OXO63 trityl radicals are the oxygen-sensitive contrast agents at the heart of pulse EPR oxygen imaging (EPROI). Their narrow, oxygen-dependent line width lets the JIVA-25® translate an EPR signal into quantitative three-dimensional partial oxygen pressure (pO₂) maps in live tissue.
